Return Policy

 

As our product is a perishable baked good, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Once you or a designated party has picked up or received your order it is considered “accepted.” If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours after being accepted.
  • Cake flavor and texture is subjective. Full refunds requested due to flavor or texture after the cake has been accepted and picked up or delivered will not be honored
  • If you need to reschedule pickup of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your pickup date. Cakes that are not picked up on their scheduled pickup date cannot be refunded. We cannot resell any product that is not picked up by the customer.
